Attractive salary for good performance
Your experience and commitment are fairly rewarded with us. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, you can earn up to CHF 110,000 per year including the 13th monthly salary.
Responsibility instead of micromanagement
With us, you are involved from the very beginning. From the moment you sign the contract, you independently manage your projects, coordinate the parties involved, and lead the construction sites to success. You benefit from a lot of trust and freedom – without unnecessary hierarchies or rigid guidelines.
Flexible working hours
You organise your working day according to the needs of your projects. Whether in the office, on the construction site, or partly working from home – you decide where you work most effectively. A 4.5-day week is also possible. Additionally, we give you 15 minutes of paid break time daily.
Company car also for private use
For your assignments, we provide you with a modern company estate car, for example a Skoda Octavia or Skoda Kamiq. You may of course also use the vehicle privately. The fuel card covers all journeys within Switzerland – and the car is available to you outside working hours as well.
Who we are
Idealbau Architektur AG is an owner-managed company based in Bützberg with a team of 28 employees. For more than 65 years, we have been realising construction projects in solid construction – from single-family homes to multi-family houses and residential developments. Depending on the project, we accompany our clients as general contractors or under the classic architectural contract – from the initial idea to turnkey handover. With over 3,000 successfully completed construction projects, we have many years of experience and know what matters in sustainable and high-quality building.
