About the job
You are looking for an interesting, varied and responsible role as a qualified professional in a motivated and well-coordinated team. With your experience, you support us in the continuous development of our service quality. The well-being of the residents is your top priority.
Your tasks:
Comprehensive care and nursing of the residents
Performing treatment-related nursing activities
Occasional services in the senior apartments within the framework of Spitin services
Observation and evaluation of care and support situations
Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach
Medication management (ordering and preparing weekly dosette boxes)
Taking over and responsibility for assigned professional tasks during the night
You bring with you:
Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
Experience in long-term care is an advantage
Joy and interest in working with elderly people
Resilient, empathetic and team-oriented personality
Careful working method, as well as quality and sense of responsibility
