Your tasks
- You process electronically received invoices for residual care costs.
- You handle cost approvals and reimbursements for services in outpatient and inpatient long-term care.
- You assess and respond to home deposit applications for recipients of supplementary benefits.
- You actively participate in the supervision and approval of Spitex organisations.
- You provide information via telephone or e-mail to service providers, municipalities, and private individuals regarding questions about care financing.
- You perform general administrative tasks for the care financing department.
Your profile
- You have a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) and have successfully completed further training at the Federal Certificate level, ideally in the social insurance sector.
- You bring several years of professional experience, preferably in the health or social sector.
- You are proficient in using tools, especially MS Office.
- You work independently, reliably, and are service-oriented.
- You find it easy to work purposefully with all people.
