Introduction
Presspart AG is a leading company in the manufacture of precision components and innovative solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced Team Leader Tool Maintenance (m/f/d) who supports and further develops our production processes with passion and expertise.
Tasks
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the tool maintenance team in daily operations
- Training and further education of employees within the area of responsibility
- Ensuring the availability of tools and fixtures: preventive maintenance, repair, optimisation, documentation
- Planning and prioritising maintenance orders in coordination with production, quality and planning
- Systematic fault analysis and sustainable corrective measures
- Introduction, maintenance and further development of a TPM/preventive maintenance system including spare parts management
- Documentation according to GMP/ISO 13485 and participation in audits
- Management of external service providers and suppliers, budget and KPI responsibility
- Cost allocation of services rendered to defined departments
- Participation in the industrialisation of new tools and tool changes (change management)
- Managing and keeping the spare parts warehouse up to date
- Technical support in projects regarding design/serviceability of and specification for tools
- Ensuring maintenance of the available equipment in tool maintenance
- Compliance with safety regulations within and beyond the area of responsibility
- Developing and communicating visions, goals and strategies of the company
Qualifications
- Completed technical training as a toolmaker EFZ (with a focus on injection moulding tools), polymechanic EFZ with a focus on toolmaking/mould technology or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have further training as a certified technician HF or a master craftsman qualification
- Leadership skills, hands-on mentality, strong quality and safety orientation
- Several years of experience in tool maintenance/construction in a regulated environment, ideally medical technology, pharmaceutical or automotive
- Sound knowledge of injection moulding tools and hot runner technology
- Very good German skills, good English skills are an advantage
