As a skilled tradesperson, you will take on the responsibility for the properties assigned to you in this exciting position and ensure smooth operations with your structured and goal-oriented working method.

Your main tasks:

Conducting control and inspection rounds
Documenting defects including defect rectifications
Carrying out minor repairs
Ensuring cleanliness and functionality of the properties
Processing tickets while adhering to the specified intervention time
Assisting with revision and maintenance work (including outdoor facilities)
Taking on on-call duty as per planning

To convince us:

Completed vocational training in a trade, qualification as a federal certified caretaker is an advantage
Proven professional experience in the field of caretaking
Driver's license category B is mandatory (company vehicle with manual transmission)
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, additional languages are an advantage
On-call readiness
Strong customer and service orientation
Independent, precise, and reliable working method
