About the job
Your tasks include
- Psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment of our patients
- Conducting child and adolescent psychiatric assessments
- Psychoeducation, psychotherapy and counselling of patients and their relatives across a broad diagnostic spectrum
- Possibility to conduct group therapies
- Collaboration in a multidisciplinary team in close networking with external specialist centres and taking case responsibility
- Preparation of treatment documentation
- Supervision of staff
- Public relations work and participation in internal and external further training and advanced training events as well as information events
You bring with you
- Completed specialist medical training is a prerequisite
- Strong affinity and interest in social psychiatric and psychotherapeutic issues
- High social competence and empathetic interaction with patients
- Evidence-based working methods, networked thinking skills
- Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
- Independent and integrative working and leadership style
- Leadership experience
