Concession for the Chimney Sweep Service

About the job

According to §§ 19 ff of the Aargau Fire Protection Act of 21 February 1989 (SAR 585.100) and the Aargau Chimney Sweep Ordinance of 7 January 1991 (SAR 587.111), the concession for the chimney sweep service in the municipality of Oberwil-Lieli is to be newly granted as of 1 January 2018 for the term 2018/2021.

Applicants must provide proof of the following:

1. successfully passed federal master craftsman examination
2. good reputation
3. completion of sufficient professional liability insurance
4. adequate knowledge of fire protection regulations
5. training/approval as a heating inspector for wood, oil and gas, and the specialist examination for fire protection specialist
6. willingness to undertake inspection tasks in accordance with fire protection and environmental protection legislation, in particular structural fire protection, building inspection (heating systems), fire inspection and heating inspection
7. current or prospective concessions
8. the legal and economic situation of the company
9. the number of employees and apprentices
10. the organisation of activity control (using an example)
11. previous activity
12. references
