Use your commercial know-how and your native French language and become our new contact person as Clerk Customer Connections in the Pension Fund Department.

Start date from March 1, 2026 or earlier by arrangement.

• You advise business customers and partners primarily in French in writing and by phone about our insurance solutions and affiliation with our pension fund.
• You prepare offers for our customers and present them with suitable pension solutions.
• You check legal requirements and make the necessary clarifications.
• You support customers with new affiliations, changes, and company closures.
• You collaborate with other insurers and partners as well as our umbrella organization GastroSuisse.

• You have complemented your commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) with further professional experience - ideally in the insurance sector.
• Your French (native language) is confident - both spoken and written - and you can also communicate well in German (company language); additional language skills, such as Italian, are an advantage.
• You quickly grasp new tasks and contexts and work precisely and structured.
• You are open, adaptable, team-oriented, and convince with your very good manners.
