- Active participation in production (hands-on)
- Professional coordination and organisation of workflows in the manual dismantling area
- Guidance and support of employees in daily operations
- Ensuring a smooth production process and achieving the specified production and quality targets
- Responsibility for the proper separation of valuable, hazardous, and contaminant materials
- Quality controls as well as recording operational and machine data (digital)
- Organisation and execution of maintenance work and troubleshooting on the production plant
- Compliance with safety and quality requirements, orderliness and cleanliness in the dismantling area
- Experience in recycling, production or logistics as well as technical understanding
- Initial experience in professional guidance or coordination of employees is an advantage
- Strong hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility and actively participate
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as good PC user skills
- Forklift licence R1 and R2 is an advantage
- Reliable, resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality
