To strengthen our team in Chur, we are looking for a Team & Project Leader with immediate effect.

Your Tasks

Entrepreneurial overall responsibility for building construction projects up to turnkey handover
Independent project management, tendering, awarding, cost, schedule and quality control, billing and post-calculation of subcontractor and sub-consultant services
Organisation and leadership of project teams, collaboration with costing and project development, coordination with specialist planners, contractors and authorities, and contact person for the client
Technical and personnel leadership of the team at the Chur location

Your Profile

Completed training as a certified construction manager, building technician HF, architect or civil engineer
Several years of experience in project management of building construction projects
Experience in leading and developing teams
Structured and entrepreneurial way of working with an eye for quality, deadlines, resources and economic efficiency
Independent and responsible action, resilient, strong communication skills
