Since our founding in 1875, we have been owner-managed and have continuously developed. To complement our team, we are looking for an employee: caretaker/maintenance service 60-80% starting November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You will take on the professional cleaning of various properties in the cantons of LU and NW
• You ensure well-maintained outdoor areas including gardens and ideally can also perform minor handyman tasks.
• You are motivated for snow clearing duties and winter service and bring the necessary time flexibility for these tasks.
• You work independently and flexibly, alone and in a two-person team.

What you bring

• Experience in maintenance and building cleaning
• Experience in gardening
• Basic knowledge in handling cleaning machines and materials
• Efficient and thorough working style
• Quality is important to you
• Flexibility, punctuality, and reliability
• Driving licence category B
• Good German language skills
