Caretaker 100%, Specialist in Facility Maintenance EFZ

Main tasks:

• General cleaning tasks as well as specialised cleaning
• Various gardening tasks
• Monitoring and control of building services systems
• Carrying out repair orders
• Assistance with winter services

Profile:

• Preferably Specialist in Facility Maintenance EFZ or already experienced as a caretaker
• A completed apprenticeship in a manual trade
• Independent, flexible and careful working style
• Neat appearance
• Team-oriented and friendly demeanour
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Driving licence category B mandatory
• Trailer category BE advantageous
