Your tasks
- Professional, personnel and organisational management of the Social Services
- Leadership, promotion and coaching of a committed team
- Active participation in the ongoing realignment and organisational development
- Ensuring professional, legally compliant and client-oriented case management
- Further development of work processes, standards and quality instruments
- Advising authorities, administration and politics on social issues
- Maintaining and expanding cooperation with specialist agencies, institutions, municipalities and other partners
- Responsibility for budget, resources and strategic development of the area
- Deputising for the Head of Society and member of the extended management team
What you bring with you
- Degree in Social Work FH/HFS or equivalent qualification
- Additional training in leadership, management or organisation is an advantage
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in the social sector, ideally in economic social assistance or a related field
- Enjoyment of change and development processes
- High professional competence and confidence in social insurance and social assistance law
- Strong communication, conflict and networking skills
- Decisiveness, willingness to shape and an appreciative leadership style
