ABAU is a medium-sized cooperative on the outskirts of Aarau, which rents out 330 apartments in the greater Aarau area. For nearly 80 years, the ABAU cooperative has been striving to provide and maintain affordable housing for its members. Careful and ongoing maintenance as well as periodic renovations of existing buildings are an important part of our work.
As a complement to the existing team, we are looking for a professionally skilled employee to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- Active management and property supervision of residential properties
- Preparation of rental contracts and amendments as well as rent adjustments
- Conducting apartment viewings and handovers including acceptance protocols and final accounts
- Initial rentals
- Preparation of ancillary cost statements
- Ensuring proper maintenance
- Contact person for cooperative members, caretakers, craftsmen, authorities, etc.
- Scanning/digitising invoices and tenant files
- Website management and creation of advertisements
- Various administrative tasks
Your qualifications:
- Experience as a property manager
- Good IT skills (MS Office programmes, ImmoTop)
- Fluent German language skills
- Driving licence category B
You are an interested and committed individual with an authentic and professional demeanour. You recognise important and urgent tasks and are used to setting priorities correctly. Even during periods of high workload, you work quickly and precisely. You love houses and their structural care as much as their residents and possess strong social skills.
