The Rohrdorferberg-Mutschellen Immobilien AG and Bieri Verwaltungs AG are two regionally established property management companies with many years of experience and a clear focus on the management of condominium ownership.

Since January 2026, we have been working as a joint team at our location at Bremgarterstrasse 3 in Widen. We combine many years of experience with personal customer care, short decision-making paths, and a modern, increasingly digitalised property management.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual who already has some experience in property management and wishes to develop further in the field of condominium ownership.

You do not have to be a fully qualified mandate manager with us yet. Much more important to us is that you want to take on responsibility, enjoy contact with people, and are willing to develop professionally.

Your Role

As a property manager, you will support us in the care of our condominium owners' associations and gradually take on more responsibility depending on your previous experience.

You will work closely with our experienced managers as well as our team in administration and property accounting.

With increasing experience, you will have the opportunity to take on your own condominium mandates and develop towards independent mandate management.

Your tasks include in particular:

• Care and support in the management of condominium owners' associations
• Contact person for owners, craftsmen, and external partners
• Management of ongoing correspondence
• Handling of concerns and damage reports
• Organisation and coordination of repair and maintenance work
• Obtaining and comparing quotes as well as issuing and monitoring orders
• Preparation and organisation of owners' meetings
• Participation in owners' meetings and support in their execution
• Implementation and monitoring of resolutions of the condominium owners' associations
• Cooperation with property accounting on budgets, annual accounts, and renewal funds
• Support with administrative and organisational tasks related to the managed properties
• Gradual assumption of own condominium mandates depending on experience
• Prospectively independent preparation and management of owners' meetings

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a reliable and open-minded person who enjoys real estate and dealing with different people.

You do not have to know everything yet. If you have a good foundation, we will support you in developing professionally and taking on increasing responsibility.

Ideally, you bring the following:

• Commercial basic training or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in property management is an advantage
• Experience in the field of condominium ownership is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement
• Further training as a property management clerk or comparable further training is an advantage
• Federal diploma as a property manager is welcome but not a requirement
• Interest in condominium ownership and willingness to build up the corresponding expertise
• Enjoyment in contact with owners, craftsmen, and business partners
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Organisational talent and the ability to keep an overview even with several ongoing tasks
• Friendly, confident, and professional appearance
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
• Driving licence category B

Depending on your previous experience, you will start by supporting existing condominium mandates and then gradually take on your own responsibility.

Our goal is to develop you so that you can independently manage your own condominium owners' associations and later also independently lead owners' meetings.

If you already have the relevant experience, you can of course take on your own mandates from the start.

We also support further training to become a property manager with a federal diploma financially and in terms of time.
