Care with heart and responsibility: Strengthen our team in the canton of Aargau as a committed care assistant (m/f/d) with a 40-60% workload in the Wohlen / Bremgarten region – in private care, starting immediately or by arrangement.

• Care and support of our clients with various medical conditions
• Compassionate and respectful accompaniment in everyday life
• Ensuring high-quality care and smooth processes
• Independent scheduling in collaboration with the Care Manager
• Active support of the team in daily care activities

• Completed nursing training or equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Several years of experience in home care or long-term care advantageous
• Driving licence category B and own car
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Empathetic, reliable and responsible personality
• High customer and service orientation
