Your tasks
• Participation-oriented support of employees in
their work according to the core mission and SILEA brand core.
• Support with nursing and medical
actions.
• Contact person for employees and conducting
employee interviews.
• Designing the workday as well as the activation offer.
• Conducting activities in the Thun social area.
• Active work in work and project groups.
• Active participation in the further development of the Hännisweg work location and its offerings.
• Promoting collaboration and communication within the department, cross-departmentally and with
our clients.

Your profile
• Completed basic training as well as experience
and further training in the field of work pedagogy
• Additional training or experience in the field of
psychiatry / psychosocial care is an advantage,
but not a requirement
• Experience in supporting people with disabilities
• Ability for crisis intervention and de-escalation
• Empathetic and patient personality in dealing with challenging situations.
• Solution-oriented and responsible
• Open to new things
• Good perception, high resilience
as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working complete your profile
