About the job
To strengthen our team in the area of process management & development, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an initiative personality who actively shapes and drives our digital transformation as
Tasks
- You develop and establish company-wide process management in a targeted manner – with a special focus on digitalisation and automation
- You actively advance topics such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Agentic AI, RPA and process automation – from identifying suitable use cases to implementation
- You analyse, model and optimise business processes (including according to BPMN 2.0) and ensure their sustainable anchoring
- You take an active role in the conception and implementation of automation solutions – hands-on, pragmatic and impact-oriented
- You coordinate internal and external stakeholders (departments, IT, partners) and ensure the successful implementation of initiatives
- You advise and support departments on topics such as process design, automation, data management and data strategy
- You design and accompany projects (classical and agile) and introduce modern working methods such as Agile / DevOps approaches
- You identify optimisation potentials along the value chain and make a direct contribution to efficiency and quality improvement
Profile
- Completed studies (FH/University) in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable education
- Several years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Process management / business analysis
- Process automation (e.g. RPA, workflow tools)
- IT / digitalisation / consulting
- Project management (classical or agile)
- Sound knowledge in process modelling (BPMN 2.0)
- Affinity and ideally practical experience with AI applications, automation technologies or data management
- Ability to work both conceptually and to implement solutions independently (hands-on mentality)
- Experience in collaborating with different stakeholders as well as in managing external partners
- Structured, analytical and independent working style as well as pronounced teamwork skills
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in actively shaping change within the company
