For our mediX practice in Kloten, we are looking for a new lead medical practice assistant / practice manager.
We are a team of four general practitioners, one gynaecologist, and five MPAs, placing great value on open and honest communication as well as close collaboration.
Responsibilities
What awaits you:
1. MPAs
- Promotion and leadership of non-medical staff, among other things according to management guidelines
- Scheduling of shifts, holidays, and assignments for staff
- Complaint management for non-medical complaints
- Regular MPA meetings
- Representation of MPA concerns/needs in management meetings and towards medical staff
- Planning of internal and external training and further education
- Writing interim and work references
- Job postings and recruitment of non-medical staff
- Point of contact for all employees for questions and concerns
- Annual performance reviews with the MPAs
2. Medical Staff
- Complaint management in coordination with the medical director
- Organisation of registration and induction of new doctors
- Room coordination for doctors with all services (primary care, specialist)
3. Team
- Organisation of regular team meetings
- Ensuring internal practice information flow
4. Administration
- Control of billing administration as well as dunning and debt collection processes
5. Quality Promotion and Quality Control
- EQUAM certification: preparation, control, and documentation
6. General
- Regular participation in daily practice operations
- Analysis and optimisation of practice workflows
- Link between staff and management
We expect
- Several years of professional experience in the medical field (MPA EFZ with further training in practice management advantageous)
- Leadership quality and leadership experience
- Tardoc knowledge
- Good PC skills
- Professional competence
