The Staff Unit for State Properties of the Liechtenstein National Administration (www.ssl.llv.li) provides its services in the areas of construction, maintenance and management of state-owned buildings and facilities.
Job Description
You feel at home in the following areas of activity:
- Accompanying and coordinating construction projects from the development of the first study to the acceptance of the completed buildings
- Controlling and managing planning and construction processes taking into account the agreed specifications regarding costs, deadlines and quality
- Preparing reports for the department management
- Recognising strategic overall contexts within a portfolio
Qualifications
You are particularly characterised for this position by:
- Education in the field of architecture at university or university of applied sciences level, preferably with an additional qualification (e.g. CAS Client Competence/Real Estate Management/Construction Economics)
- Several years of professional experience with complex building projects as well as sound experience on the client side
- Ideally experience in the hospital or healthcare sector
- Experience with Building Information Modelling
- Confidence and fluency in written communication
