About the job
For our Braunbär Hotel & Spa in the beautiful Jungfrau region, we are looking for a Reservation Agent starting at the end of April 2026.
Your tasks
- Accept and process reservation requests by phone and email
- Ensure optimal room occupancy
- Create individual, tour operator, and group invoices
- Assist at the reception
Your profile
- Experience in the reservation area
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
- You have sales skills and can express yourself well on the phone
- You are reliable and flexible
