- You manage the entire recruitment process for apprentices in the professions of automation technician and automation mechanic EFZ
- You have the chance to accompany apprentices in the 1st and 2nd year and inspire their enthusiasm for automation
- You accompany the apprentices from the 3rd to the 4th year at our partner companies
- You can significantly and continuously further develop the automation training area and increase the attractiveness of the profession
- You can take over the management of inter-company courses for automation technicians and automation mechanics and, if possible, adult education
- You communicate directly with all stakeholders such as parents, schools, authorities, and customers
- You maintain a partnership-based collaboration and customer relationship management
• Completed vocational training as an automation technician EFZ or comparable training
• Completion of higher vocational training with a federal certificate or diploma or willingness to obtain such a qualification
• Several years of experience in industrial automation
• Experience in control construction, pneumatics, and PLC programming
• Enthusiasm for training as well as didactic and pedagogical topics
• You express yourself skillfully and love to work in a team
• Your actions advance libs as a whole, this is self-evident to you
