About the job
The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who require care and assistance. Our services include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialised departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. We work according to the standards of relationship- and palliative-care-oriented nursing.
At tilia, we place great value on humanity, interprofessional collaboration, and mutual support. We create a working environment that focuses on quality, safety, and dignity – for our residents as well as for our employees.
At tilia, you do not work in a traditional nursing home, but in a clinically demanding environment at the interface between acute hospital, rehabilitation, and complex long-term care.
