YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Strategic planning and management of the assigned product categories
• Monitoring, controlling and coordinating the procurement process
• Budgeting & responsibility for sales and profit as well as monitoring KPIs
• Ongoing review and optimisation of existing processes
• Determining the assortment and sales pricing
• Planning & executing marketing activities in collaboration with marketing and manufacturers
• Conducting market analyses and further development of product groups
• Developing & communicating go-to-market plans with the respective BDMs
• Promoting and maintaining supplier relationships
• Team deputising
• Participation in cross-departmental projects

WE LOOK FORWARD TO

• Technical or commercial basic training with further education in purchasing or equivalent
• Solid professional experience of at least 5 years in a comparable role
• Very good German skills and confident communication in spoken and written English
• Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel)
• High IT affinity (product technical understanding)
• Entrepreneurial thinking & leadership type
• Good assertiveness and high solution orientation
• Quick comprehension and structured working method
• Negotiation skills
• Confident and well-groomed appearance
• Marketing experience
