- Individual and professional care and nursing of our 14 residents in the protected living group and 9 residents in the open living group long-term care
- Taking on shift responsibility
- Supporting our trainees
- Close collaboration with the specialist care team, which coordinates and accompanies the daily life of residents with dementia
- Co-responsibility for the implementation and assurance of care quality as well as the further development of the care process and performance recording (RAI)
