• Individual and professional care and nursing of our 14 residents in the protected living group and 9 residents in the open living group for long-term care
• Taking on shift responsibility
• Supporting our trainees
• Close collaboration with the care team, which coordinates and accompanies the daily life of residents with dementia
• Co-responsibility for implementing and ensuring care quality as well as further developing the care process and performance recording (RAI)

• Completed vocational training at secondary or tertiary level (Nursing specialist FaGe EFZ or HF/FH)
• Commitment, motivation, resilience, and high social competence
• Willingness to contribute to a learning-friendly work environment and to achieving common goals
