To strengthen our team, we are looking for the following by arrangement:
In this guest-oriented position, you are responsible for:
- Managing the daily operations in the restaurant and ensuring a smooth process
- Being responsible for the team during your shifts and working closely with the Restaurant Manager and their deputy
- Assisting with staff planning using Mirus 3.0, preparing daily closings and ensuring quality and hygiene standards
- Conducting small training sessions to strengthen the team and implement operational policies
Your profile
- Completed training in gastronomy/hospitality or a degree from a hotel management school
- Professional experience in a comparable position and confident handling of Micros Symphony
- Experience in upscale hotel operations
- Fluent German and English skills, any additional foreign language is a plus
- Sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience and a strong quality awareness
- Sensitivity in dealing with international guests, enjoyment in staff leadership and a winning demeanour
