The hospitals fmi AG with over 1,600 employees include the two hospitals Interlaken and Frutigen, the health centre in Meiringen, the senior centres in Frutigen and Interlaken, the walk-in clinic as well as various practices.The Seniorenpark Weissenau of the hospitals fmi AG sees itself as a competence centre for the care and support of elderly people who can no longer live at home due to the severity and impairment of their health condition. The institution offers a home to 75 residents, of which 12 places are specifically designated for people with dementia.
