What to expect
- Assessment and handling of complex UVG and UVG-Z cases according to legal requirements and internal guidelines
- Collaboration with the recourse department, consulting doctors, case management and external legal advisors
- Coordination with IV offices
- Initiation of medical expert reports
- Maintaining contact with agencies, brokers and key clients
- Coordination of legal and court cases
- Professional support/leadership and specialist training of caseworkers including case discussions
- Providing information to policyholders and insured persons
What you bring
- Commercial or medical basic training
- Further training in social insurance
- Several years of practical experience in personal injury, especially UVG
- Networked and business-oriented thinking
- Flawless German language skills
