Exciting tasks await:

• Preparation for hearings (creating minutes, settlements, calculation tables, etc.)
• Minute-taking and participation in court hearings, hearings, inspections, etc.
• Independent drafting of judgments (in dispositive form, with reasoning) in all criminal, civil, child and adult protection law proceedings
• Clarification of legal questions
• Providing legal advice in tenancy law
• Independent case handling in debt enforcement proceedings

What you bring:

• Completed Master of Law degree at a Swiss university or close to completion
• Interest and ability to engage in solution-oriented work on complex legal issues
• Precise, efficient, reliable and independent working style
• Quick comprehension and good editorial skills with very good German language skills
• Experience in courts, administration or law firms is an advantage
