Med. Medical Practice Assistant - Women’s Clinic

You will take on

• Reception of our patients and data entry (SAP)
• Telephone triage and scheduling of referrals and emergencies in our consultations
• Administrative pre- and post-processing of consultations, creating workflows in the
• clinical information system
• Agenda management, case management
• Writing medical consultation, operation and discharge reports from dictation or using speech recognition
• Preparation of minor surgical procedures
• Assistance with gynaecological and urogynaecological examinations, ultrasound examinations,
• pregnancy checks and minor surgical procedures such as punctures, laser therapies etc.
• Performing venipunctures, vaccinations, injections
• Material management, ordering

You bring with you

• Training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ (or equivalent training in healthcare)
• Good knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficient in creating medical reports and confident German language skills
• Experience in outpatient service recording
• Confidence in venipunctures and injections
• Friendly demeanour
• Willingness to learn
• Flexibility

• Team spirit and enjoyment of working in a large interprofessional team
• Empathy in dealing with our patients and their relatives
