For a long-term care institution in the Greater Bern area, we are looking for a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH 60-100%. The institution supports, among others, people with addiction disorders and gerontopsychiatric needs, combining professional long-term care with specialised support services.

Your area of responsibility

• Care for and support residents individually, taking into account their psychological, physical and social needs
• Manage the nursing process professionally and promote existing resources as well as the highest possible level of independence
• Observe changes attentively and support residents even in complex or challenging situations
• Work closely with the nursing team and other involved professionals and actively contribute your nursing assessment

Your professional foundation

• Diploma as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH or an equivalent SRK recognition
• Interest in supporting people with addiction disorders and psychiatric needs
• Professional and respectful approach to different life stories and behaviours
• Responsible, reflective and team-oriented working style
