For our location in Langenthal, we are looking for you (immediately or by arrangement): Architect: Residential and Commercial 80-100%

Your tasks

• You are active in all phases of planning residential and commercial buildings as well as public buildings
• You plan and work on one or more projects from the design through the construction project to participation in the execution phase
• You contribute in the execution phase with detail and construction proposals, taking into account static and building physics requirements
• You independently procure planning basics such as building regulations, conduct clarifications with authorities, specialist committees, or specialist offices
• You conduct clarifications with specialist planners, coordinate and implement your expertise into the project
• You keep an overview in all phases with a focus on feasibility

What you bring

• A completed education as an architect with several years of professional experience and knowledge of common building regulations and standards
• Experience from the design phase through the construction project to execution planning
• Experience in the area of construction, detail development, and implementing building services requirements
• The following qualities: teamwork, strengths in organization, reliability, good manners, direct and open communication, honesty, loyalty, and joy in drawing
• You work independently, solution-oriented, precisely, and proactively
• You are proficient in using ArchiCAD (current version) including 3D modeling
• Good German skills in spoken and written form are required
