Specialist in Payroll and Social Security
What you will achieve with us
- You process the monthly payroll runs together with our Payroll Manager and represent her during absences
- You participate in year-end tasks, including salary statements and withholding tax
- You check working hours, changes and salary payments in Abacus and maintain employee data
- You are our expert for social security and manage it from A to Z (AHV, BVG, UVG, KTG, EO)
- You process insurance benefits in cases of illness, accident and maternity or paternity leave
- You help build a systematic absence management: You prepare cases and actively pass on information to the responsible department
- You are the first point of contact for time recording
- You create evaluations that facilitate decisions
- You work on HR projects and actively drive the optimisation and digitalisation of our HR and payroll processes, including testing
- You train your topics internally, briefly and without jargon
- Additional tasks include service anniversaries, the pensioners' party and administrative special tasks
What you bring with you
- Commercial basic training with further education in payroll, social security or human resources
- Experience in payroll processing – you know what a month-end feels like when it gets tight
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss social security system
- IT affinity: You quickly familiarise yourself with systems. Knowledge of Abacus and Perigon is a plus but not a must – as is experience in healthcare
- Precise work – yet with an eye for how things are connected
- Initiative: You don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do but recognise what needs to be done yourself
