Course coordination for Higher Vocational Education 80%

We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a new team member at our Zurich location for course coordination in Higher Vocational Education (80%). Assignments at other locations are possible.
Your main tasks:
Support of active students, interested parties, and lecturers
Administration, planning, coordination, and execution of classes for various courses
Advising on our course offerings (including conducting information events and counseling sessions)
Coordination of examination processes and graduations
Participation in and/or independent execution of special projects
Your profile:
Ideally a commercial or business background and several years of professional experience
Precise working style
Confident demeanor
Enthusiastic and appreciative personality
A good portion of organizational talent
Experience in continuing education is an advantage
Do you feel comfortable in a lively and varied environment, work independently, and like to take responsibility?
Do you enjoy shaping things, love dialogue with students and lecturers, and don’t mind a bit of hectic from time to time?
