We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a person with manual skills for the production operation at the Madetswil site.

Areas of responsibility

• Provision of products and materials for deliveries and collections in Switzerland and export
• Parcel shipping including administration, picking and dispatch
• Waste management
• Warehouse management, order and cleanliness in the operation, warehouse and premises
• Analysis of optimisations for warehouse & logistics processes
• Participation in the annual inventory
• Ensuring the operational capability of the forklifts
• Use of the ERP system as well as Microsoft Teams and Outlook
• Support in goods receipt, production and returns process
• Assistance with maintenance work on the properties

Requirements profile

• Completed manual training as well as process reliability
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Additional languages an advantage
• Forklift and high-lift truck certification
• ADR / SDR hazardous goods training an advantage
• Know-how in the area of load securing
• Fire protection training an advantage
• Team- and communication skills, flexible and pronounced hands-on mentality
• Systematic, careful and independent working method with a high quality awareness in own work area
• Proactive participation and active shaping of own working environment
