In changing, interdisciplinary teams, you will work on challenging projects in a diverse and exciting environment within the Swiss security network and neighbouring countries. You deal with disasters and emergencies and their risks, supporting our clients in optimally preparing for possible events through precautionary and operational planning and organisational development.
As a member of the coordination office of the Security Weeks Association, you also raise awareness among young people about security-relevant events, their impact on society, and suitable solutions. On the job, you will continuously develop your project management skills and thus become a key pillar in a proven team.
Your competencies
- You have a university degree in natural or engineering sciences or a related discipline with a strong focus on risk, precaution, and crisis topics.
- You are a member of or have extensive practical experience in a partner organisation of population protection and are familiar with the Swiss population protection system.
- You are an initiative-taking and team-oriented personality who communicates openly and proactively and enjoys moderating workshops and meetings, even with large groups.
- You have an entrepreneurial flair with a strong customer orientation.
- Your German, spoken and written, is confident, enabling you to formulate even complex matters appropriately and understandably for the target audience.
- Your French skills are ideally good enough to present and moderate convincingly in French.
