Two Pastors

The Reformed Parish of Seen is a lively parish with 5,300 members. We live unity in the diversity of faith and are rooted in the gospel of Jesus Christ.

As of spring/summer 2027, we are looking for two pastors (a total of 160%) who enjoy shaping parish life together with committed volunteers, employees, and the church council. You can expect a diverse working environment, a collegial team, and room for your own ideas.

You bring with you:

• enthusiasm for the gospel and joy in being an active church member.
• motivation to promote sustainable parish development together with volunteers. We wish for further development in the areas of family, children, youth, and migration.
• willingness to take on responsibility in the leadership team. This includes personnel and professional leadership (focus for one person).
• ability to recognize different theological expressions and to journey respectfully together.
• completed theological studies with a certificate of eligibility.
