Job Description
You will report to the Design Architect Manager and be part of the Architecture & Design team.
Your main mission will be to work closely with internal architects to develop new creative concepts for our various points of sale, in line with the brand’s identity, strategy, and established procedures.
Thanks to your experience, you will actively contribute to the creative direction of projects and be able to ensure their development through to completion, guaranteeing coordination of stakeholders, adherence to schedules, budget control, and design consistency with the brand’s standards.
Your main activities will be:
- Participate in defining the creative vision of new projects in collaboration with the Store Design Planning team
- Design innovative, elegant, and timeless concepts in the fields of hospitality, luxury, and retail
- Translate functional needs and brand identity into coherent and distinctive spatial experiences
- Create and present design concepts through mood boards, visual presentations, and 3D sketches
- Ensure project development from the conceptual phase through to realisation
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to guarantee respect for the design intent
- Manage projects ensuring quality objectives, budgets, schedules, and deadlines are met
- Select furniture, lighting, materials, and finishes, ensuring their aesthetic, technical, and budgetary coherence
- Maintain active monitoring of trends, materials, innovations, and market developments
Qualifications
- You hold a qualification in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent
- You have at least 7 years of experience in interior design, concept creation, and high-end project development, ideally in an international environment
- Experience in the retail and/or luxury sectors is an advantage
- You possess an excellent design culture and a strong aesthetic sensitivity applied to commercial, hospitality, and premium environments
- You have good knowledge of FF&E, furniture, materials, finishes, and innovative market solutions
- You are proficient in design and graphic representation tools, notably AutoCAD (2D) and SketchUp (3D)
- Proficiency in complementary software such as Adobe Creative Suite, V-Ray, or equivalents is a plus
- Creative, autonomous, and rigorous, you demonstrate excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, strong proposal capacity, and ease in an international and multicultural environment
- You are fully proficient in French and English, both written and spoken
