About the job

"Within the Prevention domain, you contribute to the development of services, tools and prevention policies. You analyse complex issues, develop concepts and recommendations, and transform business needs as well as strategic directions into concrete solutions. In collaboration with experts and relevant stakeholders, you ensure the coherence and evolution of prevention systems in a constantly changing technical and regulatory environment."

Your main tasks

• Design and develop services, tools and recommendations in the field of prevention.
• Conduct analyses, studies, benchmarks and monitoring activities to support strategic thinking and the evolution of services.
• Prepare decision support elements for management and the Directorate.
• Lead or coordinate cross-functional projects in collaboration with business experts and relevant partners.
• Represent the prevention domain within working groups, professional networks and development projects.

Your profile

• You hold a university or HES degree (preferably a Master’s) in a scientific, technical, engineering, risk management, public policy field or an equivalent qualification.
• You have experience in analysis, consulting, service development or project management.
• You are able to structure complex issues and translate them into concrete and pragmatic solutions.
• You demonstrate autonomy, analytical skills, initiative and ease in collaborating with diverse interlocutors.
• You are proficient in French or German and have a good knowledge of the other language.
