- Completed training as a micromechanic, precision mechanic, watchmaker, automation technician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in the application of bare strain gauges (SG) and SG-based sensors
- Strong fine mechanical skills as well as basic electrical engineering knowledge are an advantage
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
- Precise and quality-conscious working method, partly under the microscope
- Patient and persistent personality with a high quality standard for accuracy and documentation
