Experienced Activation Specialist

For our activation department, we are looking for you (by arrangement) for a workload of 60% - 80%.

The SONNHALDE in Grünigen is an innovative company that belongs to the companies of Peter di Gallo AG. Our nursing and care center with a focus on psychiatry in long-term care has around 300 beds, spread over 14 wards with a total of 320 employees

• Planning and conducting resource-oriented group activities in various activating areas
• Leading groups: e.g. studio, cooking, movement, newspaper group
• Planning and conducting excursions & events for residents
• 2-3 shifts per year on weekends
• Generating creative studio projects

• Training as an activation specialist or a comparable qualification in the field of activation
• Experience working with mentally impaired people
• Empathy, teamwork skills, and joy in creative design
• Flexibility & resilience & organizational skills
• Independent working style
