About the job
Your area of responsibility
- You independently manage executive mandates for autonomous and semi-autonomous company pension funds as well as collective foundations
- Supporting the board of trustees with strategic concepts and the development of planning guidelines is part of your duties, as is the preparation and conduct of board meetings including minute-taking
- In close cooperation with authorities, reinsurers, auditors, pension fund experts and other partners, you ensure smooth coordination
- You are responsible for preparing the annual management report, the financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER 26, as well as expert opinions, risk analyses and investment reports, including ALM studies and IAS reports
- The smooth handling of all tasks in pension fund administration and ensuring operational business are central to your responsibilities

- You have completed training as a certified pension fund manager or hold a comparable qualification, as well as solid experience in occupational pensions
- Your pronounced leadership qualities, social skills and strong communication abilities enable you to successfully engage with a wide range of stakeholders
- You have native-level German skills; very good French skills ideally complete your profile
