At HPZH, we accompany and support children and adolescents with disabilities on their way to an independent life. We are currently looking for support for the day structure, where we care for children during lunchtime and after school.
Your tasks
- Maximum independence is the goal we want to achieve together. As a care assistant, you help promote the children in everyday life.
- You accompany the children in the day structure and actively participate in leisure activities.
- Nursing support, housekeeping tasks, and administrative duties are also part of your responsibilities.
- Every day brings new challenges; we work hand in hand and help each other out quickly and easily.
- You usually work during school weeks on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:30 a.m. to about 5:30 p.m.
Your profile
- You have a completed vocational training and experience as a care assistant.
- You enjoy working with children with cognitive impairments.
- The children look forward to you when you communicate with them at eye level, laugh with them, and manage everyday life.
- Our team looks forward to a curious, cheerful colleague who wants to make a difference together.
- You have good German language skills in speaking and writing, as well as good IT skills.
