The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the Tägerhalde and Wangensbach elderly and health centres, housing around 130 residents as well as a day care centre, Spitex, assisted living and counselling with a total of around 250 employees, is a non-profit public limited company wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht. The Tägerhalde site is looking for a compassionate individual by arrangement for the protected residential group for people with dementia-related developments with 21 residents.

Your new tasks

• Taking over daily responsibility for nursing and organisational matters
• Participation in performance recording using RAI, the observation phase and resident surveys
• Co-responsibility for good cooperation within the nursing team and interdisciplinary
• Participation in quality improvement and implementation of the dementia concept
• Creative and individual care according to the normality principle

What you bring with you

• Completed basic training with EFZ FaGe and/or Dipl. HF/FH
• Proven experience in long-term and dementia care is an advantage
• Good organisational skills in an ever-changing daily routine
• Team spirit, resilience, flexibility and empathy
• Good oral and written German skills as well as IT skills
