We are looking for, by arrangement:

Co-Team Leader Nursing (60-80%)

Your area of responsibility

• Together with a colleague, you take over the personnel and organizational management of the nursing department and are supported by the Head of Core Services.
• You coordinate the daily business and participate in deployment planning.
• You are the contact person for clients and employees.
• Additionally, as a nursing specialist with case management for your clients, you take full responsibility for the nursing and care process from the first contact to the completion of the assignment.
• You enjoy the variety between working in the office and assignments with clients.

You bring with you

• You are a certified nursing specialist HF/FH and have several years of (Spitex) experience.
• Ideally, you have already gained leadership experience or are willing to develop further in this area.
• You like to work independently and appreciate team exchange.
• You face challenges openly and creatively.
• You have good PC skills.
• Driver's license category B.
