The boutique operated as a concept store in the National Museum is an important
calling card and significantly contributes to the overall experience of visiting the museum.
It offers around 4000 items related to Swiss design,
craftsmanship and the collection of the Swiss
National Museum. The range is mainly divided into the segments books,
exhibitions, souvenirs, accessories, food & drinks, ceramics, jewellery, children
and gifts. The boutique is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 am
to 5:00 pm, on all public holidays as well as on special occasions in the museum
and increasingly serves a regular clientele independent of museum visits.

You lead a team of 6 employees and are particularly responsible for
purchasing/sales, range supplementation and expansion, merchandise
production, duty planning, product presentation and profitability, and
ensure optimal processes and workflows.
