Head of Logistics (m/f/d) 100%
As part of a long-term planned succession, you will lead your team very independently after thorough training and take responsibility for the logistics area from the outset.
Your tasks
- Professional and personnel management of the logistics team (currently 4 employees)
- Overall responsibility for the flow of goods: from goods receipt through inspection, storage and picking to goods issue
- Ensuring timely material supply for production
- System-based handling of all warehouse processes (bookings, stock corrections, inventories, etc.)
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as purchasing and production
- Compliance with and further development of quality, safety and process standards
- Planning and execution of inventories
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in the warehouse
Your qualities
- Completed training in logistics with several years of professional experience
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- SAP knowledge is an advantage (especially WM)
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Structured, solution-oriented working style
- Assertiveness as well as pronounced social competence
- Ability to collaborate across departments
