Tasks

• Management and control of all testing equipment
• Conducting regular internal audits
• Handling complaint management
• Leading and managing the continuous improvement process
• Support and assistance in process and document management CAQ for users in system usage

Profile

You have completed commercial or technical training, supplemented by further education as a quality technician, as well as experience in a comparable role in a technical environment. Topics such as 8D method, FMEA, 5-Why method, ISO 9001/14001/45001 are not foreign words to you. German is your mother tongue, and you can communicate very well orally and in writing in French; English skills are an advantage. You have solid IT knowledge (MS Office, ERP, CAQ), are a service-oriented, conflict-capable, and organizationally strong personality, enjoy working in a team (open-plan office), and have an independent and reliable working style.
