Healthcare Assistant (M/F) in Hospital Settings Temporary Assignments

For one of our clients, a leading hospital facility located in the Lausanne region, we are recruiting Healthcare Assistants for short and long-term temporary assignments within somatic and psychiatric care services.

Your Mission

Within multidisciplinary teams, you actively participate in patient care and comfort by contributing to the quality of care and their daily well-being.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide hygiene, comfort and well-being care to patients.
• Support patients in daily living activities.
• Participate in patient mobilisation and transfer according to current procedures.
• Observe patients’ general condition and relay relevant information to the care team.
• Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and care quality standards.

Your Profile

• Healthcare Assistant diploma or equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
• Minimum 2 years’ professional experience in hospital settings is mandatory.
• Experience in somatic and/or psychiatric care services.
• Excellent adaptability to different services.
• Observational skills, empathy and listening.
• Ability to work in a team and manage priorities.
• Availability for occasional, replacement or long-term assignments.
