One foundation – three institutions – one shared responsibility.
In our institutions – Kinderheim Brugg, Stift Olsberg, and Familynetwork – professionals work with educational competence and heart to strengthen and support children, adolescents, and families. In the external residential group of Kinderheim Brugg, young people take their first steps towards independence. They take on responsibility and are encouraged in their independence and social behavior.

Your Tasks
- You accompany and individually promote the young people in their daily lives.
- You help create a supportive and development-promoting environment.
- You actively shape the daily routine in the residential group.
- You support the residential group leader and take over leadership in their absence.
Your Skills
- You have a degree in social pedagogy or an equivalent qualification.
- You enjoy working in a committed team.
- You act reflectively, responsibly, and independently.
- It is an advantage if you have completed further training as a practical instructor or are willing to take this course.
